LOT Architecture was established to deliver high-quality architectural solutions through a blend of design, construction knowledge, and technical expertise. Initially offering BIM consultancy to architects, structural engineers, and other consultants, we’ve evolved to provide the same high-level service directly to clients undertaking their own building projects.
With qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Architectural Design and nearly two decades of local and international experience, we offer a balanced solution to project delivery. Our experience includes over 10 years in New Zealand and a decade in Dubai, where we were involved in large-scale projects within the built environment. We go beyond the typical architect's brief by incorporating project management, cost planning, and value engineering to maximize your investment. From conception through to handover, we deliver projects with a focus on commercial viability, compliance, and design excellence.
